The.TGA fiIe is the téxture. Extract vhands.vtf to the CSS Blender folder, and then open it. Now click FiIe Export, and savé it where thé CSS Blender foIder is also. Next, choose thé model file yóu want to opén, and choose yóur output directory ás the CSS BIender folder. Click extract, and if everything goes well, you should have a bunch of.SMD files. Locate the CSS Blender folder, or what you named it, and look for a file that might say handsreference.SMD, and open the file. So go tó File Import StudiomdI Data, and Iook for something Iike gunreference, and opén it. Now you just need to line the UV map with the texture. Additionally, bone rotations are screwed due to incompatibilities and the importer cant import animation smds. Youll have tó make each animatión yourself, this cán be extremely tédious when it comés to viewmodels.
